Company Policy

*All appointments must be made directly through our website (NO EXCEPTIONS).

*A credit card is REQUIRED when booking in order to hold your appointment for you (NO EXCEPTIONS).

*At least 24 hours notice is REQUIRED for all cancellations and reschedules.

*If you are 10 or more minutes late, your appointment is an automatic reschedule or cancellation.

*All No-shows and Late Cancels will be charged a $50 Fee.

*You may not change the service selected for your appointment within a 24 hour period. If you select a 90 minute massage, but only have enough time for 60 minutes, you will be charged the 90 minute massage service fee.

*A $50 Non-Refundable Deposit is REQUIRED for all Permanent Makeup Appointments which include Microblading, Nano Brows, Scalp Micropigmentation, Scar/Stretchmark Camouflage, and Lip Blushing. You may reschedule your appointment only ONCE. If you would like to reschedule more than once, then you must pay another $50 Non-Refundable Deposit.
